They don't even deserve a star. We have had watchung's services for years now and watchung was great. Once Ready Refresh bought the company they have not showed up to change the filter once on our water dispenser (supposed to come every 3 months with contract), and did not send one invoice, yet they can send us a creditors statement in the mail. My business has had Watchung Spring Water service for years, always able to talk to customer service, and usually great service. Today I find that Watchung Spring Water was bought by Nestlé Waters North America (ReadyRefresh). When we call the usual phone number the new automated phone system puts you into a eternal, endless series of prompts that never will get to a CSR.
