I have held off on this review because I wanted to give WSR the opportunity to resolve the issue but unfortunately they have not come through. We had impact windows installed a couple of months ago and the job generally went ok although we had a couple of leaks which they repaired. The issue is screens,,,they continue to claim that the manufacturer does not have the large screens for the patio door. Obviously we can’t leave that door open during this cooler weather because of that. I find it hard to believe that such a large... read more
