Can't speak for the other guys but I was in and out of here within 30 minutes.
Wait time has gotten worse, usually spend 4-6 hours to get loaded
Had an appointment at 8 AM. It’s now 2:30 PM and I’m still sitting here with no door, no update. The front desk lady completely unprofessional all she say I don’t know go back to your truck. they act like drivers’ time doesn’t matter. Out of all the places I’ve picked up from, this is one of the worst. If you’re a truck driver, prepare for hours of waiting and zero communication.
