Bill was absolutely amazing. He walks you through each individual room and goes over every tiny detail in each room, and his reports include photos of all his findings. He's incredibly thorough and very kind and had excellent customer service. Overall a fantastic experience and I highly recommend!
Wow! Optimal customer service! I had 2 other agencies cancel on me last minute, 2 days before the holiday. WSI not only got me on their schedule SAME DAY, but he said to me “People are buying home even though it’s the holidays and they are excited-we want to help them get into their home and get them in there safely!” The word appreciation doesn’t even start to cover how I feel! I would recommend WSI to anyone!
We just used WSI Home Inspections for the overall inspection, pest, and radon of the home we are buying in Treasure Lake, PA. Bill was great to work with. Good communication, very thorough inspection and detailed report with color photos. Would definitely recommend WSI for home inspections.
