Terrible service. This location and passyunk. Every time. 2 customers left while I was waiting.
Spoke to customer service many times and always spoke to a polite and cheerful person.
Never any problem all staff I've dealt with are professional, personable and courteous.
Came here after speaking with customer service regarding an account issue. Customer service told me I would need to come into a branch to prove ownership of a linked account, in order to have my account re-enabled for online access. I visited this branch and explained the situation. They immediately said they could not help me with any online banking issues and told me I needed to reset my password. Not very helpful and I am still trying to get my account closed any my funds back.
