I was with Beneficial Bank my whole life. I was disappointed with the merger but I understand, that is business. I just wish WSFS had more branches. The closed the one closest to my house.
horrible staff. the short rican guy that never knows what he's doing and the know it all brunette lady gave me a hard time to deposit a check that my son gets for ss that clearly has my name on the check as well. I been depositing for months at this bank and all of the sudden I need an award letter when my name is clearly on the check. I mean these people never even asked me for my ID which is horrible and shunned me from depositing my check. I went to another bank and got it deposited smoothly.
