If you’re looking for a bank with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this one. I’ve worked with Imran Ali and Jill Smith, and both of them have been wonderful. Imran, in particular, has been incredibly patient and always helps make sure my problems are taken care of. 😍
Everyone is quite charming and efficient - which is handy! Drive thru has always been relatively quick (although I do sometimes try to go at "off" hours!)

They are nice enough here. They will notarize things for community members for free. Once I went here and felt uncomfortable because they called to check on me when I cashed a check for a refund from a realtor in the area. It wasn't a very large sum of money and I felt the teller called the person who wrote me the check because of how I looked. I complained and they said it was bank policy. I had never had that happen to me before at any bank ever. I have never gone back to that branch for any reason.
