I have had my account with WSECU for about 2 years now, made them my primary account in the last 8 or so months. I’ve not had any major issues aside from the frustratingly marking every online transaction as fraud. But now this issue is enough to make me switch banks. I’ve never, in all my years banking with different banks, had an experience this bad. My debit card was blocked due to fraud and I was unable to make it into the branch to get a new card because of the schedule conflict with work. No big deal, I can handle that... read more
Never had an issue with this credit union or this particular branch. They answer the phone much quicker than BECU, that's one of the reasons I switched to WSECU.
