We use their civil plans frequently which are well thought out. They also have helped me get my commercial property rezoned and ready for construction. Highly recommend.
THEY ARE CROOKS AND LYERS. PLEASE DONT USE THEM. I HAD TO GET THE POLICE INVOLVED TO FINALLY GET MY SURVER, WHICH COST OVER $1,200 AND THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY DEED AND CITY PLATE BEFORE I DEMANDED IT BACK. I VIDEOD EVERYTHING!+!! PURE EVIL, UNPROFESSIONAL JERKS!!!!!

Terrible work. They never marked out the area properly and never completed the job. The area they marked was supposed to be wide enough for a driveway and it was not adequate. They only marked 1/2 of the boundary lines, only one side of the easement, leaving no pins on one side of it at all. The expensive survey was not usable at all & will have to be re-done by a professional. Rich Massey overcharged me and was angry, hostile and rude when I explained we did not feel he did the survey fully & it wasn't including all we paid... read more
