Getting in touch with someone in charge is like going on a holy crusade. First place I have ever seen where the tenant is responsible for cleaning up blood stains in the hallway, I don't want my kids walking through that mess. This place preys on tenants with hidden fees into the thousands of dollars, run, just run away as fast as you can.
New management is horrible and they keep your deposit even if you leave it clean. I would highly suggest finding somewhere else to live
Apartments are very nice. They take care of problems quickly.
