I am very disappointed at the unprofessional of WS Hand Car Wash. The first time I take my vehicle to them for a wash and cleaning, I noticed upon arriving home that the clip that holds the armrest to my seat was broken off. I guess the lady I've been speaking to is the manager but she tries to argue with me that because my vehicle was dirty then it's obvious that I don't take care of my vehicle. My debit card had gotten misplaced recently but I figured it was either in my home or car so I didn’t cancel it. I get my car washed, inside and out and lo and behold the washers found my debit card and placed it in my cupholder. I drove straight home and a few hours later my bank contacts me about suspicious activity on my account and to verify 3 unauthorized charges made back to back totaling $400. Beware!! I just got my Mercedes cleaned here and they completely pushed my drivers seat off the track. The only advice they had for me was to call the police. This officer has been here almost an hour trying to fix my seat because I can’t even fit in my car. The owner had the nerve to walk up screaming asking for $45. They literally only got a star so I could leave a review.
They are my go to hand car wash place. Good work. Good prices.
