I called and left a message for my account manager to call and I'm still waiting.
This company is worthless. It's has been over 8 months since a court order came out entitling my Fiance to a Transfer of funds from one ira to another ira. She still hasn't received Any Funds. This company has done nothing but give her the run around. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody for financial affairs.
