He was phenomenal with my care. And looking forward to him doing my surgery. He treated me with kindness, sat in the room with me explaining everything for atleast 30 minutes. I will definitely tell others about his great bed side manner. His P.A was just as wonderful as he was.
My experience with the provider and staff was great, receptionist pleasant courteous just made me feel welcome. Dr Edwards took time explaining my MRI listened to my concerns and gave me health advice that I immediately put into practice,even though I did not have to have surgery I'm grateful for his service. I came in to get Dr Edwards to help get approval for injection to help manage pain. I've already been denied twice. insurance company claims Dr office didn't code correctly and didn't specify how the pain is affecting my daily activities. He was very unprofessional, wouldn't listen to anything I had to say, dismissed me and treated me like I was trash.
