Horrible, your great reviews must be family members simply put Jacob was fantastic but Bill is a man of no integrity who doesn't honor the law regarding warranties. Short version, I purchased a car from them out of state yhe car had issues but it was expected it's 23 years old and I'm good with that but one repair fall under the warranty the Axle.
