Had an excellent experience with Wolfgang. I've used WR Services before on minor repairs and they always respond very fast and take care of the problem. It was finally time to upgrade my 15 year old unit and I was able to negotiate a good competitive price on my 3.5 ton unit. They offer a great warranty as well (which I don't think you fine with many other companies). All the work was done in one day they were very clean about it and hauled away all the trash.
