I explored a few other jewelers before discovering this store, and let me tell you, I absolutely love this store. It has the warmth and personalized service of a family-owned business, unlike some other places where the sales consultants seem to recite rehearsed pitches. I brought in a vintage ring to have it resized, and they provided me with an excellent deal, saving me $200 compared to the quotes I received elsewhere. The work completed was excellent quality. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!!!!! If 0 was an option I would definitely give this store a 0. I used to come to this store for my jewelries and it was my number one store to go to. I recently bought a silver necklace from this store and the chain broke. I took it for a repair to this store on this day with the receipt in hand and the lady that was there today gave me a bad energy as I walked in. Upset and disappointed. My watch sat there over two years to be repaired. Original quote was 200, ended up paying over 800 on pick up day just for a glass and bezel. Got home only to realize they had torn the band. Horrible customer service, no one’s even getting back to me. Avoid this store at all costs.
