I’ve used Greg and recommended him on multiple occasions for both appraisals and measurements. He’s always done a good job for me and my real estate clients.
Did a very thorough appraisal, listed comps everything the job requires. There is of course a price range for all appraisals but he valued our 5 year old home (w additional renovations/improvements) the same as 20-30 year old un-renovated bordering tear downs. He seems very biased in his valuation contrary to data in the report. I would not trust an appraisal from him good or bad if he cant make a valuation based on his own objective data. If I were able to give ZERO stars to this company I would. Applied for a refinance with Chase and they sent Greg to do the appraisal. My unit in Optima is a corner unit with panoramic views of Camelback, Mummy and PHX mountain preserve. The "comps" he used in the same complex had ZERO views and were on lower floors which are much less desirable in Optima. His appraisal added no value for the views. He lazily used another comp in the same building that had been sold to a flipper for 900K that is now under contract for $1.25m ... read more

If this company ever comes up as being the one who will appraise your property run a mile! I had an appraisal done 11/2019 as part of a refinance and it came back $365,000. In July 2020 I spent over $16,000 in the home with new paint, new carpet, new wood look like and new baseboards and Greg set his value at $350,000. In this market my home wouldn't sell for less than $400,000 at a very minimum with my realtor actually saying it would sell within 48 hours for $425,000.
