I have been going here for about 7 months now for a hard to heal wound. I really like Dr. Pickren. He is very approachable, extremely nice, and very knowledgeable. He gives it to you straight so you understand exactly what your condition is and it's possible complications if not cared for as reccomended. His front office staff and nursing staff are awesome. They are very efficient and work well together. Everyone is very nice and they make you feel cared about and comfortable. I highly reccomend this place
