I am a patient of Dr. Tilley with this pain management group. I have suffered from debilitating migraine headaches most of my life. I do not like taking pain meds and was very skeptical when my PCP referred me to pain mgmt. Dr. Tilley and his staff listened to my problems and concerns and built a program for me that included an injection in my neck that has all but eliminated my headaches. This has been a miraculous life change for me.
They only want to cut on you. It seems to make the doctor mad when you tell him no on surgery
Had the Neurotomy procedure done to my back. They DO NOT TELL YOU ALL THE PAIN THEY WILL PUT YOU THROUGH FOR THIS PROCEDURE. No anesthesia! They shock the hell out of you to get close to the nerve. NOT A QUICK SHOCK EITHER! It will make you want to jump off table. That is why they strap you down.More pain than the pain i went in with. Then it does not help. STILL IN PAIN! Everyone on the side of the clinic that does the injections and procedures are super great ! I had gone quite a few times for injections and had a procedure done Dec 2024 THE NURSES, ASSISTANTS, RECEPTIONIST, AND DR S ARE WONDERFUL. EVERYONE I HAD TO SPEAK TOO AND EVERYONE WHO TREATED ME - WERE VERY GOOD. When a person is in great pain, it helps tremendously to be treated with kindness ♡ Thank you all for comforting me and taking great care of me at my appointment s ! You all were outstanding!! Keep that up. ♡
Just horrible. They do treat all patients as if they are drug seeking. They don't listen at all. I had a procedure done almost a year ago and I'm still getting bills. Either it's a scam or they don't know what they're doing. The procedure was very painful and did nothing for me, no relief at all. I asked for sedation and I think they gave me saline. I was totally lucid. Total waste of time and money. I'm still paying for it. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place at all costs.
