My experience as a customer with the Worth Ross has been very bad. They never answer the phone, nor respond to my requests. They don't even care to send an email back, or return a call. They just receive the HOA payment and that is it. I am very unhappy with the services.
We started a new contract with Rockstar management which was under the umbrella of worth ross. We met at worth ross office for our presentation and thought because they were under worth ross umbrella we felt good. Little did we know they were already in talks with Goodwin management to take over Rockstar. Our contract started on November 1st. on November 12th I was informed that ******** had gone out of business and our accounts had been sold to Goodwin.( Who have awful reviews online). horrible management. Simply horrible. Had a leak in my window with rain coming from the exterior through the interior. I reported it. Supposedly it was fixed. No internal permanent damage. Next rain the exact same thing happened. I called in a report and they sent someone out to fix it. Supposedly it was fixed. But the next rain it happened again. I asked for an internal inspection/repair and was told I had to cover that because it was an internal structure. I explained that would be fine if it was due to my damage but this... read more
