4 stars because of having to fight traffic to back in from the road. Got us loaded quickly and on our way in less than an hour.
Got in and out in 2 and half hr
Advised by HM to contact a Dealer for service repair. Reached out to this location as it’s one listed on their website and warranty department listing. I called the number listed, the person who answered wasn’t much help and couldn’t provide any details on how any of the repairs or services work other than fill the form and someone will get to it, but they can’t even verify it. I have delivered here twice in a 53’ trailer + sleeper cab. It’s a little difficult, you have to back in from the street - first time the cars were patient, second time they were trying to squeeze past on my blind side, so guess it depends on the day 🤷🏼♀️. The same guy was in the warehouse both times, friendly, and unloading was super fast. Not the worst place I’ve been to in Miami, by any means.
Called to get pricing on some items. Receptionist seems like she didn’t want to work there. It took her 10 mins to get my name, number an email and only after that would she tell me that there wasn’t anybody available to get me pricing on what I was looking for and that someone would get back to me later. When I told her that it was getting to complicated and to forget about it she just hanged up the phone. Congratulations to you guys, you must be doing exceptionally well to treat potential clients like this.
