Just ordered through Favor. We live 3 hours away and have never been to San Antonio. They gave the runner someone else's order, so I called the restaurant and was told not to throw the food away and drive all that way to pick up our correct order. Worst delivery/customer service experience ever! First impressions are everything, and they definitely blew it.
