Price offered was double what my mom is currently paying. She said she would think about it and let him know. (Owner) He was so rude and said there wouldn’t be any special offer if she called back. My mom is on social security and tried to explain that to him. Definitely needs to learn how to speak to customers.
Wrights was actually cheaper than most of the competitors, and they dealt with our yellow jacket infestation with no problems at all. Quick to return calls and to get to our home. We will use them for any needs in the future.
Bad all the way around. Charge super high prices then come out and do half assed work. Claims they won't charge us for something do charge us for, claims we still owe for something we have paid for. Do yourself a favor avoid wrights at all costs!!!!
