They were very patient & helpful
Excellent service from purchase to installation. The installation team was excellent.
Everything went well, windows were installed recently so I can't review the longevity yet. Removed one star because Sales over-promised on timing, telling us it could be rushed and done in 7-8 wks. whereas in fact it took 12+ weeks. I don't believe that the "rush order" was ever an option. I believe they just said that in order to get the sale. Timing was very important to us. The delay cost us $$$ because the home is an income property.
The windows took awhile to arrive once ordered, but once arrived, the install went smoothly. Did have an issue with the Manatee Inspector, which delayed approval, but not Wrights fault. We’re glad we got this done and are happy with the result.
