Very disappointed with my experience with Wright Windows. Communication has been extremely poor from the start—calls and messages go unanswered, and getting any clear updates has been frustrating. What’s even more disappointing is that they do not seem willing to honor their warranty as promised. This was an 11th floor install and was very challenging. We had a few hicups but they were always right there to make it all work. Awesome company! Liz Y EBTC condominium in Fort Myers Florida.
Saw the ad on FB for 50% off so I figured I would give it a try. Spoke with a guy at the call center that could not be bothered. I get having a bad day but seriously your in sales right? Dismissed me off the phone when I tried to get an idea about cost since I have measurements. How these companies stay in business amaze me.
The whole process was excellent...from first meeting with our salesman to installation. Excellent communication about when our doors would arrive and no delay in delivery. Cant say enough about our installation team. Arrived early everday, cleaned up after work, and made sure we were completely satisfied. Quality of the windows was very high and the end product adds class and beauty to the entire house. Price was right and the crew was outstanding from purchase to final install. Highly recommend..
