I tried to get help for my extreme depression that was affecting my physical help. I hav 2 terminal illnesses and was to the point of refusing treatment. I never got to speak to anyone because it too too long for them to reach out, and when they did they always called when I couldn't talk. 3weeks later they finally called at the time of day I requested but at that point there was no way they would have been able to establish trust.
