Mr. Ortiz, we replaced the water pump on your Audi which was in fact leaking. That is an expensive repair which was proven to be needed. Unfortunately a week later the next weakest part of the cooling system broke. Not only did we pay for the tow back to the shop, we also fixed the additional failure for you for free, which should've been another $2000. Their service is always reliable & they answer any questions I have. Not cheap but definitely reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I am pleased to meet a pleasant and patient staff. Though they were busy they fit in my car and fixed it in a timely manner. I was thrilled that the fix was simple and came away thinking I wasn't being taken to the cleaners. I can never know for sure given I'm not a mechanic. I like to trust but one wonders of the cost of car repairs sometimes. Thank you staff for your considerate and professional manner.
