I’ve always been nervous about taking my cars into auto mechanic shops, based on previous experiences, and I can’t say it enough how happy I am with wright’s auto. I had a couple different things fixed with in the last month on my Honda. Tom and his staff were amazing to me. They would call to keep me updated, and were always friendly, helpful, respectful, professional and quick with my repairs. I’m so thankful that I have found an auto shop that I can trust! Thank you again for your amazing service. :)
Our granddaughter had a problem with her car not running properly on a -15 deg day and was afraid to drive it home from work, so I told here to leave it there. Because she was 100 miles away, I went online and found a repair facility nearby and called Wrights Auto - after hours on a Friday night. I was about to leave a VM when the owner Tom Wright was there and answered the call. He said he could get the car in the next morning and arranged a tow. Called them on a Friday and they got me in on the following Tuesday. They were able to find the problem and fix it in the same day !! So very grateful for the good customer service and quick turnaround. Will definitely be back if I need them in the future.
Today I found myself between a rock and a hard place. Not being from Madison, I had brought my parents down from Wisconsin Rapids for an appointment at St. Mary's hospital. On our way down, my Hyundai started making a growling noise coming from either the front passenger side wheel, or the transmission, but I could not locate it while driving the car. Absolutely fantastic experience with Wright Auto Service! We had my sons car towed in for a repair. All the service lights came on at once. I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From the moment we talked to Tom we knew we had someone that was honest and trustworthy. He was not only honest but very transparent about the work that needed to be done.
