Absolutely fantastic experience with Wright Auto Service! We had my sons car towed in for a repair. All the service lights came on at once. I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Great experience over here. Needed to get my brakes done. They were able to get my car in and out within the day, nobody tried to “sell me” anything and they called with all the information I needed about the work that he was going to do.
From the moment I called to make my appointment the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to listen to my concerns without trying to upsell unnecessary services. They provided clear explanation of what needed to be done and what could wait, which I really appreciated. It's refreshing to find an auto service that values integrity and customer trust. Prior to Wright’s Auto being recommended to me, I have taken my vehicles to a few different places. However, after my first time taking my vehicle there I knew I would always return. If you know Tom, you know that he is always slammed at the body shop. However, he has always found a way to get me in as soon as he can. Honest and quality work right here! As an out of towner, a girl, and being in an emergency, this shop took care of me in a timely manner. They not only did an excellent job with the repair, but I had some minor issues that needed little jerry-rigging just so I could make it home without any additional issues. They were kind and fair. This shop was widely recognized and recommended by locals. I'm glad I went here rather than a chain or run of the mill shop. Good people, doing good work. Thank you!
