Tom Wright was very thorough with my car and made sure to repair and replace only what was necessary. The price and quality of his work was very reasonable. It's nice to have a family shop in Madison I can trust. Support small business!
Tom is the absolute best! Him & his team at Wright’s work extremely hard and truly care about their customers. I always feel like they have my best interest in mind & I will continue coming back for future work!
Wright's is the only place I will go. The most kind, honest owner and experienced staff. They regularly tell me "this isn't worth fixing" when my naive self could easily be taken advantage of, and bonus-fix little things that they notice need fixing. I am genuinely happy to see that I think they've raised their labor rates a bit over the years, they deserve every penny and you aren't going to get better labor for the dollar anywhere else.
I had to get my car jumped and wanted to take it to a shop right away so I wouldn’t have to get it towed in the future, and when I called Wright’s at 4 pm (ish) on a Friday they told me I could bring my car in immediately and they’d keep my updated when they could get to it. Absolutely fantastic experience with Wright Auto Service! We had my sons car towed in for a repair. All the service lights came on at once. I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From the moment we talked to Tom we knew we had someone that was honest and trustworthy. He was not only honest but very transparent about the work that needed to be done.
