Forever phoning different numbers back and forward to reach the right person, and even then the number just rings out. I’ve transferred here from Bolton but I’m starting to think it was a mistake. I’ve been left without medication now for weeks

Had a hip surgery yesterday and must say the service from end to end was amazing. Taken into ward D and met with kind friendly staff. Then passed to Henry Wynn Jones surgical team, was so pleased with how they cared for me before and after. Then for recovery on ward A brilliant team ward staff and physiotherapist teams looking after every aspect of my stay. Also the food was even good. Credit to the NHS from start to finish.

Above and beyond. Had both knees replaced here Dr coupe and his team are stars. Well looked after.

Recently visited Wrightington for an injection into my knee. There was a complication during the procedure and all the staff couldn’t have been more kind and caring. From the staff on the day ward ( Bev and Christopher) to the theatre staff, and the night ward nurses (Dawn and Neil). They where all kind professional ,caring and a fine example of what most NHS hospitals aspire to.
