I would highly recommend this agency, wRightCare Team, LLC. I had them in my parents home from October 2023 - through February 2025. Their team truly loved and cared for both my parents, unfortunately my Dad passed in January 2025 and my Mom was right behind him in February 2025. The three people assigned to care for my parents, truly loved and cared for them as they cared for them for 16 months. I called this morning asking for a fax number or an email address to verify a caregiver employment and I was told they couldn't help me refusing to even give me a fax number or email address very rude operator.
WrightCare is the team of health care professionals to beat. Their staff are very courteous , knowledgeable and they truly care. They met the expectations of what “home health care” should be. Any issues arise during the care of my mom was handled in a professional and timely manner. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had a great experience with her Dad. I have never dealt with such kind, caring and compassionate aides as the ones I have at WRightCare Team. My husband and I are thankful for the caregiver Anishka has placed us with. I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and all the girls for the care and help you have given us over the last few months.
WRight Care is an excellent company. When I needed to be matched for a caregiver, they matched me with the perfect person. The caregiver was attentive, warm, and overall amazing. Thank you for matching me when I needed it.
