After receiving a flyer in the mail, I called to set up appointment for ideas and an estimate on a backyard water feature. Brandon asked that I send a text with my name & address which I did. I got a response they would text back to set up a date & time. Didn't hear back, so after 1 week, I texted again requesting a date for him to come by. Never got a response. If you're advertising for business, why not respond to potential customers. Called somebody else for my business!!
