Absolutely unprofessional. Brought a dog to my property for the appraisal and let it poop by my garage and never cleaned it up. She turned the air conditioning on, turned it down 68 degrees and left it running when she left. She left lights on in the house and did not lock the deadbolt when she left. Her appraisal took 30 minutes to appraise a 3 bedroom 1 & a half bath house on 10 acres with a 40x55 finished garage and a 55x80 pole building.
