Doctors good but front desk and people answering the phone really need some customer training on how to be friendly and less argumentative and rude. Ever since Dr Wright left employee attitude has decreased. We are going to try another eye Dr. office.
It was a new patient yesterday at the main street location and saw doctor Zarwell. I relocated to send proof recently and needed the new Eye doctor. I only picked this doctor and location because of proximity to home, but I got very lucky with my Google search and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Everyone from the front desk administrator to the assistant who did my preliminary tests as well as Dr. Zarwell were extremely professional and friendly.
