the apartment building is ing is newly renovated and the units are nice and cozy.

Just ok.
I currently live here. They are in the process of revamping every apartment with new appliance, carpet, windows ect. My apartment is more than decent as is and iv'e seen the new ones. They are very nice. Just don't know if I can afford a $300 increase on rent! I'm told by Midwest Acquisitions Management, the new owners that the whole building will be revamped. Once frumpy soon to be fashionable???
