We had a terrible experience with Wright Tree Service in Dallas. The rude foreman showed up with an attitude and told us they would throw tree limbs over our fence and weren’t responsible for cleanup. Once they started, they over‑cut the tree, threw branches onto our metal fence, and caused damage.Even worse, about ten workers jumped over our fence without permission, moved our barbecue grill, and acted completely unprofessional. This company does not answer their phones well, I've called multiple times, they don't prioritize that well, slow to do their job, and hinder cities from gaining power back after outages due to "safety concerns". Would never hire!
They inject my tree every 2 years. The tree died in my opinion due to them most likely not injecting it correctly. Then they proceeded to inject to after it was in severe decline. I had 2 independent arborists come and say within seconds that the tree was dead. They also trimmed my neighbors tree incorrectly causing top heavy issues. Terrible all around.
Wouldn’t recommend this company if my life depended on it. Came to take down a tree for my electric company, They destroyed my yard, Dropped a tree on my fence, And halfway cleaned up the mess. I have no idea how they’ve been in business for so long.
