Went into the fenced back yard without any prior notice. I tried calling their number to see what was going on and no one answered for any of the phone tree options. Unfortunately it seems more likely that all the utilities get put underground than these jokers being professional.

We had a terrible experience with Wright Tree Service in Dallas. The rude foreman showed up with an attitude and told us they would throw tree limbs over our fence and weren’t responsible for cleanup. Once they started, they over‑cut the tree, threw branches onto our metal fence, and caused damage.Even worse, about ten workers jumped over our fence without permission, moved our barbecue grill, and acted completely unprofessional.
