(summer 2024) Have found the Wright tree crews pruning my oaks (by the power lines) twice now, during summer months when pruning risks infection of Oak Wilt. Once in late April, (said the crew leader: "What? Is this an oak?" then: "Hey, stop. Come down from there. This is an oak") and again this week, on August 20th when it had been pruned during the most recent dormant season (twice) to the standard 15' for high voltage lines. Do not hire this company to come into your city. Driver decided he couldn't wait 1 min to get into the turn lane, instead opting to drive over and damage the turf in the median in his lift truck and Trailer. What a professional class 4 driver!Jan.28 richmond b.c. westminster hwy.
No call back and no answering phones
They were contracted by Xcel to trim branches over power lines. Took back half of cottonwood tree and left me with a huge pile of large stumps that now I have to deal with. If you're gonna do a job do the whole job, not half-assed. I would give this rating to any company who did this.
