IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. SOME OF THIER EMPLOYEE'S ARE NOT WORKING. I HAVE PHOTO AND PROOF. CAME ON MY STREET AND NEVER CUT TREE AROUND OUR POWER LINES. THEY ARE WORTHLESS
I noticed some deep dually ruts in my yard along the street after a stretch of heavy rain. Thankfully, I had a camera nearby and discovered it was a Wright Tree Service truck and trailer that had pulled into the yard — not sure why they needed to? Initially, I didn’t expect much. They were cutting limbs by the power lines and ended up cutting my internet line. I guess they are so poorly trained that they can’t identify a branch from a service line, ended up costing me a full day of work.
Badly butcher my 40 years beautiful tree left all the wood damage my fence and lie about it said it was like that .contract with liberty 👎 !
Apparently they are contracted to clear power lines in Dallas. That is obviously a worthy task, but in my opinion, they are unnecessarily trashing trees in with no regard for aesthetics or health of the tree. Our neighborhood is a lot less attractive on the streets they work.
