This "company" was sent to my home after I tried to trim my trees myself and was electrocuted. They left every limb cut in my yard and even cut some of my neighbors trees and left them in my yard also. Now we lost power here and I'm seeing them trimming my neighbors around his powerlines and they cleaned every bit. Even raked and use a blower on their yard and street.....WTF, is this because my neighbors are Mexican and we're white?

Won't even get half a star. These guys aren't tree trimmers they are hackers. Oncor is just as bad for contracting with these losers. They give arborists a bad name. Well have to select a rating, so they get one star, but haven't earned that. Lousy

Your people got into my property without my permission (trespassing) and my dog got lost because they haul off the trash thru my gate Jogi was missing at 11:00am and they notified me at 3pm what type of people are you. Then after hours looking for my dog we never find him I contact a supervisor "Oscar" but he never call me back. I would like to get a respond from you because my kids are waiting for his four yr old dog. These guys are theives, took my weed eater out of my backyard, and their so called supervisor, is a jerk, he did nothing but laugh, and mock me in spanish. Then when i started talking to him in spanish, he then wanted to 'work' something out. This company needs to be OFF Oncor;s subcontractor list. I have filed police reports, called Oncor, and will also file a BBB complaint. I really hope this company does background checks, its scary to know, that these people tresspass and steal while most ppl are wroking. Sucks for them ... read more

This company is a piece of crap.They don't care about customers and employees. Don't give enough notice when we have to go out of town. Wrights needs to be taken out of oncors system. F all three people I named in title. And go F off.

This company was working on my neighbors yard. For some reason they trespassed on my property, broke my fence and allowed my dog to escape. I can not get anyone from the company to return my phone calls as I was not even their client. Luckily I have witnesses to testify on our behalf as we apparently will have to take this to litigation.

This company has no respect for clients trees or their homes. I live in a trailer park that contracted this company to remove limbs from the power lines. They left all the limbs lying all over my yard and left their empty water bottles and monster cans lying in my yard. This may be just a trailer park, but I happen to own my home and take pride in my yard. Future customers need to be aware of this companys lack of concern before hiring them to do anything. I don't even give them half a star rating

This company did an absolutely horrible job on my tree! I was in complete shock when I saw what they did to my tree, as were all my neighbors (even their children commented)! I’ve had people stop and ask who mutilated my tree! My tree is at least 40 years old or older and is completely ruined. Seems like a “tree” company would care about tree’s, their appearances and the companies workmanship. This company only cares about the all mighty dollar. Eco-Friendly customers BEWARE!
