Huge shout out to the team that just left my neighbors house!!! We share a driveway going on to a very busy highway. I let my 4 dogs out not knowing your crew was around and headed out. They stopped and waited while I got 3 in and came back out for the 4th who had decided to hang back until he knew that I knew your crew was there lmao!!
Second day in a row been on our road motors running since very early in the morning walk out there after 3 feet up in windows of their truck just sitting, spent most of yesterday motors running doing the sit thing, I know the trees need trimmed but 15 to 20 minutes of work then hours sitting in truck one might be witnessing clock milking. Not to mention we live out in country normally quiet to wake grandkids up to sit in running truck most of the day should be researched by owner

Updated review to reflect that mistakes in business can happen, but it’s about how a business responds is what matters. This company and the crews we have done business with are absolutely fantastic. We purchased our home 2 years ago, had to remove 5 trees at the street due to them not being healthy and seriously, encroaching into the high voltage powerlines. The crew that showed up for that was professional, polite and did a beautiful job. The fleet trucks park across the street from our house so we see them daily, but never really spoke to them since they are always so busy.
