Purchased two trailers of the course of 10 years at Wrights. Steven and his staff were very helpful in deciding which type of trailer I needed. After 1 year of having my trailer I had an issue with a hold down bracket for a tilt trailer. Steven was able to assist me in getting a replacement part to get me back up and running. Thanks.
The service was extremely disappointing. The owner was unprofessional and rude, demonstrating poor customer service skills. I attempted to purchase a trailer using their "text us" contact option, which they prominently advertise as their primary communication method. However, instead of addressing my inquiry professionally, the owner became frustrated with texting.
