I have never seen a business with a condescending attitude. Like we are bothering them. Called for a part the guy laughed and said we can’t be bothered for a single item. Customers beware and take your business to someone that treats there customers w respect. Sad!!
Be ware wost place I ever seen took my trail to get fix and it's wost now then it was after I send thousands on it don't go there You're regretted it
Wright built me a 20' utility trailer for moving my ATV's. Steve was great, answered my questions and gave good advice. The trailer was delivered on time, the price was great and the quality is top notch. A very professional business. If you need a trailer, I highly recommend Wright.
I did not have a good experience here. I purchased a 12' aluminum dump trailer a few years back. The crank lift seized on the first day, I called the day after I believe and was told by an employee everyone had left they would call me the next day. No one called. I called the day after and spoke to the owner, he said that can happen when you crank past it's limit, I knew you don't do that and said I didn't.
