Ive had horrible shoulder spasms and was trying deep tissue massage for a couple months. It wasnt until my first session with Phranque that I felt the most release of the lactic acid buildup. After 3 sessions, there are no more burning spasms and basically no more popping. Im still going in order to prevent buildup.
