Where do I start? From the employee running the jack over with my truck, balancing wrong tire, to missing a lug nut to be told “Sorry, he forgot to tell me”, Went in their with a little vibration to leaving with my whole dam truck shaking up the highway, sat their for hour and half for one tire to be balanced (hour and half while the kid did balancing) very unhappy waste of money for a fact.
Great service! Best prices in town! In the town of Anoka! Long time business! Excellent staff!!! ***** I give them 5 stars!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and NEVER get your car serviced at Wright Tire firestone in Anoka!!! Every time me or my family members have ever brought our car in, they screw something up, have us wait around with no apology, just excuses! The Management/ ownership/ employees are very inexperienced in auto mechanics and customer service. Everyone, do yourself, car and pocketbook a favor and bring your business somewhere worthy.

Wright Tire has fixed my husband's car multiple times and have been so great! I took my car in for repair, an oil change, and tire rotation today which they did quickly and for a very fair price. We are really pleased with their work and would definitely recommend them!

Hey the guys here helped me out tremendously and didn't over charge and explained and showed me everything they did...they were awesome!! It was an emergency situation so I didn't have an appt. But they helped me right away. They made my day and kept me and my kids safe on the road. I'd recommend to anyone who's in the area and wants to be treated fairly. Thank you Wright tire you get 5stars from me!! 😀👍
