I would not recommend that you do any major work with Quinton at Wright Time Auto Repair and do not entrust him with your vehicles' keys. He is not professional enough or trustworthy enough to entrust with major car work and at times he will not respond in a timely manner if asking questions or have immediate concerns. Quinton was working on my car at the end of October 2023. He said "I'll be right back". At the time of this review it's Nov 24th 2023 and he still hasn't returned. He rarely answers text and doesn't answer calls. Half my engine is in my trunk. I've given him $2200 so far. When he does respond he's inconsistent, "you need a new engine " then "you don't need a new engine ". "I have the parts I just gotta put it together" then "I need to get the parts." He's a shade tree mechanic who's mostly shade

He is a shade tree mechanic, has no customer service skills, too many personal problem … he said he could get a transmission done within 3-4 days on 6/12 today is 6/27 just now getting my keys and transmission retuned not actually put in the car but in my possession… keep in mind on 6/13 he was already paid half his money and transmission was paid in full. I will never recommend his business to anyone ….

Quinton was amazing and very knowledgeable!!!! My AC wasn’t working and I assume I had to replace my AC compressor which could cost up to $1k-$800. Quinton was kind enough to stop by to save me from the heat. Quinton was able to diagnose and troubleshoot my AC problems. It started blowing cold air again! And a lot colder than before. He said I didn’t have to replace my AC compressor and I had too much air for my AC system. Thank you, Quinton for saving me time and money.
