An incredibly bad experience. Non-responsive to one's needs. They are much more about teaching future doctors (doctors you will likely want to avoid) than taking care of you, the paying patient. I waited NINE days for a response regarding a much-needed medication. Just awful. My doctor was Cynthia Olsen. I should say my doctor was "supposedly" Cynthia Olsen, since the odds of seeing her are very small, and definitely no contact by phone, even in great need.
