Alissa Wakim is the “clinical research coordinator” who treated me so horribly along with the other team members in Dermatology in charge of clinical research. She doesn't return any calls, and has no interest in helping me with the Nipocalimab study.

I was rushed through like a cow at a cattle auction. Dr Craig really seems to know what he doing but didn't explain well what or where to apply the many prescribed medications and he specifically said don't get them mixed up. A scribbled up hand out was left on the counter and zoom he was gone...done and rushed to checkout in 7 minutes. No instructions. My pharmacist didn't know where to apply all the medications either. Good luck with calling in. I'll never go back to this whirlwind operation.

Received a call the day of my appointment, by billing, who tells me my insurance is OON. I had confirmed they were in network, as I found them on my insurance portal. I then had to reach back out to my insurance to clarify. Was informed they are in fact in network. That was my first sign this office is not operating as it should and should have scheduled elsewhere. Lesson learned. Show up for my scheduled appointment and instantly was advised the doc was running 15 minutes behind. 48 minutes I sat in the waiting area. Would ... read more
