Called Wright after our tenant noticed water leaking at the ac closet. wright sent someone out that afternoon. Gus diagnosed the issue and we decided to replace the system Very good service with knowledgeable and friendly techs
Thomas and Ivan showed on time and got right work. I can't say enough good things about their customer focus approach. They worked as a collective unit until project was complete. They also answered all questions in a kind and responsible manner. Great Job, Thomas and Ivan!
Tony Aguilar is the best man for the job! He went above and beyond to get our AC fixed after a lightening strike! Tony was the bright spot of this situation, while insurance was being a pain! If you get Tony out on your service call you have nothing to worry about!
Wow! I almost went with a different company. Glad I didnt. Gustavo Alfaro showed up 3:30 with 1st call being at 11:30. I am very pleased. Professional service, took the time to explain what he was doing an why. The diagnosis fee was waved since I used thier service an got a military discount! Thank you for the experience!!!
