I'd tried to make an appt. for over three weeks and each time they'd said they would call me back and they NEVER did! Tired of waiting so I initiated a call again this time someone sounded RUDE and when I raised my voice she hung up the phone! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Awful service! After waiting 2 months for appt date, my husband drove from Santa Clarita to West Covina to Palmdale (total of 136 miles one way) to take his elderly father to an appt here and they were turned away for not having his MediCare card, even though they had his eligibility verified. It was unfair and we then found out the doctor wasn't even there to see his father, the doctor had left! The manager was taking a 2hour lunch and unavailable to speak to. Save yourself of awful medical treatment and go elsewhere.
Very unprofessional called three times never answer their phones and even left with the operator never called me back I was referred there I will never go there again

I was referred to this office by socialsecurity administration. I had a 2:30 appt. Which should have been the first appt after the lunch break. I walked in at 2:30 after taking a taxi all the way from victorville and there were 5-6 other patients already there. Not only did i have to wait an hour and a half to be called to the back because they were taking patients who signed in after me first but as i waited in the room to see the dr, she kept me waiting to see aditional patients. Bad business
Business is discussed out in the open. I heard one of the workers discussing, out in the open, the fact that my insurance didn't approve one of my procedures. I arrived to my appointment and it was standing room only. The worker was rude once my insurance didn't go through, I was trying to talk to her and she was very short, talking over me before I could get my thoughts out.
