Had roof repaired in Bendigo. Several leaks, company ghosted us. Finally said they had fixed it, still leaking inside several rooms of our home. We want our money back. Will be taking this further. Worst communication ever
Not happy with completed roof restore, looks terrible, now also leaking. Tried calling and leaving messages but no response. Would love to discuss and sort this out…
I sent an email request this morning, received a call this afternoon and then he arrived 5 minutes later to have a look, he ended up checking out entire roof and replacing 2 tiles and adjusted another, excellent service, would highly recommend
No one answers my calls nor texts and I want to pay my bill .
I am so disappointed. My new roofs gutters inadequate and poor down pipe flow. My eves are leaking and pouring inside down the windows, damaging new carpet also . I have supplied photos. They don’t bother calling back after many attempts to talk with them. Very unprofessional. I certainly chose the wrong company . Dawn
