I'm honestly shocked how polarizing the reviews are for Wright Restorations. Nevertheless, I decided I'd get this crew to help resolve my issue with black mold - I assumed it's quite a serious issue, and thus should be dealt with by the professionals. However, I cannot understate the lack of professionalism throughout the removal process. We had a flood at our property up north Peter the owner was hired to do the abatement. He came out said what he needed to say to sell the job and make us feel assured the asbestos floors would be removed properly and the place would be put together in a timely manor. He was paid in full for the abatement after aggressively insisting on payment as the abatement was finished and he was ready for stage 2 to put the place back together or he would pull his crew from the job. I contacted this place through their web site and was connected with someone by phone immediately, so we were off to a good start. Things went downhill from there. They asked when they could do an assessment so I offered some times. Then they sent me the total amount it would cost and asked me aggressively if I was still interested.
