Zach did a great job on an appraisal for commercial property for us. He took feedback and worked quickly to meet our deadlines. Could not recommend more highly!
We lived at a home managed by Wright Real Estate for nearly two years. In that time, we have been impressed by their teams management of the home, and have been grateful for the opportunity to rent from them. The property we lived in was fairly priced and well maintained. Valerie was particularly responsive, and extremely helpful whenever we had maintenance concerns or questions. I would recommend them to any friends looking for housing in Northern Colorado.
At first our property and landlords were great. Fast forward 3+ years after providing several months notice regarding our plan to relocate across country it all went badly. Aside from very short notice regarding wanting to show the property ( 8 days) although they had 6-8 weeks prior to notify us. My husband is a disabled veteran, which documentation was provided upon renting, property managers claimed ignorance.
