Great homes and great response times when maintenance is requested. Phenomenal team and customer service. Wright property group has been good to us for these 2 years as tenants

Me and my family rented with Wright Properties for three years. The management there were always quick to reply to any questions or needs we had. Repairs were always answered and scheduled with no later than 2 days. Everyone was always friendly and easy to work with. We relocated to be closer to family. I would certainly recommend a home with Wright Properties !!
I rented a house from this property management company for 5 years. When I moved out, I left the home in essentially the same condition as when I moved in—clean and well maintained. Over 30 days later, they kept my entire $2,350 security deposit and are now demanding an additional $690. The charges they listed are excessive and don’t reflect the actual condition of the property. I want to warn others about my experience with The Property Group. After living in one of their houses for over 5 years and leaving it clean upon move-out, they kept my $2,350 security deposit and additionally charged me $690. This feels completely unjustified and unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering renting from them to proceed with caution. I will be pursuing this matter further and intend to take legal action.
