I’ve had the most difficult time Wright property management! I’ve called several times to get some help so I can make my payments get help to start up this auto debit and they will not even help me setup auto-pay. She says my time Will be charged and I do not have time for you and she hung up on me!!! I call and leave message for (HELP) and I get no response. They don’t answer my calls. This is a sad sad way to run a busines.
My parents have received absolutely the worst service from this company. They are trying to rectify an old bill that needed to be paid. We mailed a $2,600 cashiers check airmail with UPS. They said they never received it which is concerning for such a large amount of money. UPS says some lady named Shelly signed for it. They have never answered to say if Shelly works there nor followed up with them to see if the UPS was able to track it. We canceled the cashier check and had it reissued. Company discriminates, don’t recommend very unprofessional.
I had first written a bad review , but they promptly fixed my issue . Thank you Wright prop . You guys took less than 48 to send a plumber to change my water faucet . At first it felt like I wasn’t being helped since you have to go through an email system . But they fixed my issue thank you . I have changed my review to 5 stars .
