My name is ****** ****, Im a biochemist out of U of M here locally. Recently my son and I moved out of a place we lived for 8years and came to where we are now. The past 8 months have been so refreshing. **** ***** in particular has went out of his way more than once to help the community here. *** the maintenance man for the downtown properties is also exceptional! I have had several bad experiences with Wright Property Management through our homeowners association at****************************. Whenever I call to ask questions or voice concerns, she is very rude and is usually always not helpful. She always rushes me off the phone and talks in a condescending tone, and gives me the run around. I am new to ***************************** and have been very disappointed with Wright Management so far. I have had the pleasure to deal with Wright Property for several years , as a resident and as the president of our home owner's association. Wright is a "problem solving "company . They always have the homeowners best interest . They are honest and really do care ... very prompt on any type of maintenance Or emergency issue . I have lived in several condominiums in Memphis, and dealt with more than one property management company. Until Wright, they all seemed about the same, which was bordering on incompetent. Unfortunately, that made being a board member a very time-consuming and frustrating job. Then, through word of mouth, I heard about Wright. I am very unhappy with Wright Property Management. This is my first experience with a homeowners association and it's not been a great experience. First, I was never made aware that there was a HOA for my neighborhood until the day I signed the paperwork to close on my house. When I was finally told about it, it was like, "oh by the way...and it's mandatory". Second, once I bought my home, I never met anyone from the HOA or received a handbook.
